1. Ali Uddin Ansari

Dr. Ali Ansari, Founder-Chair of EWB-India, obtained a B.S. from Aligarh Muslim University and an M.S. and Ph.D. from the University of Florida in mechanical engineering. He has worked and taught at a number of universities in United States and India and has been active in promoting environmental and social causes related to engineering.

2. Ramachar Srinivas

Mr. Srinivas has thirty years experience in Industry in Technical, Production and General administration. Presently engaged as a Corporate Valuer. One of the three Accredited Senior Appraisers of The American Society of Appraisers.

3. Chandra Mohan

Mr. Chandra Mohan is a graduate of Osmania University, Hyderabad, with a degree in Mining Engineering.  He also has a Post-graduate Diploma in Ecology and Environment from Institution of Ecology & Environment, New Delhi. He worked initially in Coal, Gold, Iron Ore, Barytes Mines and later on as Assistant Director, Mines, in Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission. He retired as Joint Director of Mines & Geology in the year 1999. He is a Chartered Engineer and presently Chairman of AP State Centre of The Institution of Engineers (India), Hyderabad.

4. Ashok Agarwal

Mr. Agarwal’s academic qualifications include B.S. (BITS Pilani), MS, Ph.D (University of Minnesota). His experience includes working with Bell Telephone Labs and professor at IIM Calcutta for 18 years. He was Ford fellow at MIT USA. Later he was founder of SQL Star International and its Managing Director till 2003. He is on the Board of Cyber media India Ltd, School of Management Studies Central University and Andhra Mahila Sabha School of Infomatics under Osmania University and many more organizations.

5. Ashfaque Jafari

Mr. Jafari holds an M.Tech. in Civil Engineering from Osmania University and is Associate Professor of  Civil Engineering and Vice-Principal (academic) at Muffakham Jah College of Engineering and Technology, Hyderabad.

6. V.S. Rao

Mr. V.S.Raograduated in Mining Engineering from Osmania University in 1960 and joined Tata Steel as a Manager in 1961. He served in various capacities from Manager to Director (Ore, Mines & Quarries) and retired in 1997 as Executive in-charge of Ferro alloys and Minerals. In 1997 joined VBC Industries Ltd., as Managing Director. He has been trained in Management in TMTC, RMMDC, IMI, ASCI & NIAS. During his 47 period of service he has received several awards for professional and social service.

7. Ram Bhamidipati

Mr. Ram Bhamidipati has a Master's degree in Software Engineering. He was educated in USA and Australia and worked in Uganda, USA, Australia and UK. His last position was as Director IBT group of companies (software division) London,UK. He is Chairman of RB International Foundation, Director Public Relations Rotary District 3150, Patron Indian RedCross (Hyderabad Chapter), Project Co-ordinator RedCross Diagnostic Centre and Polyclinic and MD, M/S Syncsoft Consulting Pvt. Ltd.

8.Suvarna Rani Gandham

Ms. Suvarna Rani Gandham, from 1983 batch IAS, resigned in 2000 after serving two state Governments and Government of India.  She is now India Head Oikocredit a global Development Finance Institution. Her basic Master’s degrees are in Bio-Chemistry, Andhra University and National Development and Project Planning from Bradford University, UK. Suvarna has expertise in Policy making for poverty alleviation, project designing, implementation and monitoring, Corporate Governance, Microfinance and Development Project finance.  She is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, a recipient of Director's Medal in economics from LBSNAA (IAS Academy), Boulder training in Micro finance and is a CGAP consultant for micro finance. She is President of Passion for Global Peace, Director of Haggai Institute India and a television motivational speaker.

9. Jasveen Jairath

Ms. Jasveen Jairath graduated in Electrical Engineering and later shifted to Economics with a Masters in Political Economy from New School for Social Research, New York and Ph. D. from Centre for Economics Studies and Planning, JNU, Delhi. She has been engaged with research, advocacy, networking and capacity building in the water sector. Through her specific field studies in many states she has highlighted the social context and has undertaken design and implementation of experimental water projects on governance of urban water and sanitation systems in Madhya Pradesh. Networking in the water sector, she has been associated with initiating and establishing Capacity Building Networks in South Asia (Cap-net) as part of a global UNDP promoted initiative for promoting IWRM and was the founder Regional Coordinator of Capnet South Asia. As a consultant, she has done various assignments for the World Bank, NORAD, ADB and UNICEF. An active member of Global Water Partnerships at the regional level she has been on the Board of Governors of World Water Council. At present she operates as an independent consultant and researcher-advocate with a focus on politics of water practice and policy
